Wifi Hotspot

Prerequisites

Hardware requirements minimum
Dual core processor
40 GB Hard disk
512 MB RAM
3 Ethernet cards (1 WAN, 1 LAN, 1 Hotspot)

Network Configuration

Select ENPAQ UI -> Network -> Network Interface -> LAN. Click LAN2 interface to expand.
Billing plan

Enter ENPAQ LAN2 interface configuration as per the screenshot below and click Submit
Postpaid setting

Firewall Configuration

Add two firewall rules to access the ENPAQ from Hotspot clients.

Rule1: Allow Hotspot clients to access ENPAQ Hotspot Universal Access Method (UAM) and the authentication web server.
Voucher management

Rule 2: Allow Hotspot clients to access ENPAQ DNS, DHCP server.

Policy: Allow hotspot users to access the Internet.

Hotspot Configuration

1. Enable Hotspot by selecting Enable check box.
2. Select LAN2 as Hotspot interface from the drop down box.
3. Enter the Hotspot Interface Network Address.
4. Click Submit to apply all the changes entered.

Invoice management

Enter the company address in Hotspot Billing interface. This will be printed in prepaid and post-paid vouchers.

Enable the Radius Server.

Enable MAC Authentication if a user wishes to access the Internet without authenticating his desktop or laptop.
