Network Architecture

A typical distributed enterprise has hundreds of branch offices, headquarters and data centres as points in its network. The ENPAQ Unified Gateway integrates all these locations and provides a central dashboard to monitor and manage the entire network. Proactive alerts, dashboards and service information portals can be provided to different types of users, with different access and privilege levels.

Typical network architecture

The network administrator is warned of impending faults and overloads in the network proactively, ensuring that application availability remains high as well as making the system/network administration job easier!

Reports, drill downs and troubleshoot tools that are built-in into the Unified Gateway make sure that the system administrator can resolve a problem double-quick. It also eliminates the "middle-man", leaving out vague user explanations for the problem description and troubleshoot can proceed in a more structured manner. Coupled with strong support from the Elina support team, system administrators can now provide better application and network availability to their users.
